listen I donated 5000 coins to the objective everything has it's price and it took my coins but didn't finish the objective, now I'm out 5000 coin, what can I do?, I don't want to donate anymore because I don't know if it'll work I might end up loosing all my coin over this. X(

I have a problem with sending message to support for loss of troops. I get a message "We were unable to locate this ticket number. Please try again." The number which I am trying to put there is "18:11:33 EEST". Please help.

Someone do correct me if I am wrong, but i don't think that is a ticket number. Looks more like a time stamp and time zone (EEST = Eastern European Standard Time)???

You are right. This means that I don't have a ticket number.

In order for you to be issued a ticket #, you must contact support first. You use the box to enter an already issued ticket # in order to see the progress on it.

On the support page, they have some FAQs. Read if any of them applies to you. All the way at the bottom, at the right-hand-side corner, there is a button that says "E-Mail Support". Press that and follow the instructions on the page that opens up

Hi I've bought a large troop of marauders using rubies, and now I'm suffering for shortage of food. What should I do? I have done everything possible to increase the food production. but still there is a huge gap. Please help, how can I kill my own soldiers...:'( which of course I dont want to.

what u need 2 do is spred them through ur outposts and send them on attacks u will lose some in attacks but u will still have most without losing food or send some 2 a different realm i did the same thing with renegades

outposts? realms? attack? player joined just less than a week ago (right below the name you will see a join date) and is probably still under protection.

you jumped the gun a bit. attack rbc (rober baron castles) all around you. you will get some gold and resources as well as food.

the marauders are mellee attackers, so they replace maces. 1 marauder = 2.5 maces (about). it would help you if u had a premioum account (at least 3 months) so you can send multiple attacks without rubie costs (way more than ur level allowance).

if u r still under protection, attacking rbc won't break it. attacking another player though, will...

ps: maybe a mod can split this thread? and also place the last 3-4 posts in the correct sub-forum, as this isn't a bug

First of all, sorry for posting in wrong thread. But currently I'm level 12. I need to play for 2 or three days more to reach level 13. Then I can build outposts. Till then I'm atacking higher level RBCs with really small numbers of troops, but the marauders are really strong, 7 of them can defeat a RBC level 7-8 without much loss. currently I'm loosing 18 foods per hour. Please suggest whether I can prevent that within the timeline till I build an outpost. I have 3 level 3 farms (which can not be upgraded till level 14) and 1 level 2 farm which is producing food in reduced rate.

No. You have to make your own. GGS is not able to predict what threads you want to make.

Some basic forum rules might help you:
