I have 180 halbrads and longbow man in villa
my food production says 506 per hr
my food consumsion for these troops is 1008 per hr
i also have lvl 3 bakery in villa
Surly their is mistake somewhere.

I don't see the mistake

[(180*4) + (180*4)] * 0,7 = 1008

You are not producing enough food maybe?
Remember the total food per hour you earn (or lose)
Is (Food production - food consumption) If you produce 1514 food and consume 1008, you'll get 506 per hour

My consumsion should be 720 per hr and also should be lowered by 30% because of bakery

That is incorrect, your production with 180 helberdiers and 180 longbowmen should be of 1008, and if you are talking about a castle in another kingdoms, perhaps you are forgetting you have soldiers in the Villages

No i have total 180 troops in villa (not of each)

Probably you are forgetting about the soldiers in the Villages, or you have other soldiers you are not counting

Are you supporting someone in your alliance?, you sent the troops to attack someone?

with bakery lvl 1 food consumption for lvl 4-5 troops is 3.6 for bakes lvl 2 it is 3.2 bakes lvl 3 is 2.8 and bakes lvl 4 consumption is 2.6

It is 2.4 when you get lvl 4.
