I just bought premium a couple days ago and the production slots aren't free...
Can someone tell me if this is a bug or is it meant to be like this?

If you bought the premium package it includes the recruitment slots, the tool slots but NOT the construction slots.

Just the way it is I'm afraid.

I'm afraid not. I have the premium package and I was disappointed simply because I couldn't build any quicker. However, there are major benefits like having 18 swordbrothers which makes it ideal to have the maximum commanders and spies as possible. Having all recruitment slots available for 12 months is an absolute godsend and to be honest, there are more pros than cons.

NO it's NOT.

The premium package includes recruitment slots and production slots, NOT construction slots.
