im not being told when im going to be attacked and im loosing men because of it it tells me who did it but nothing else it upsets me and i need to know whats happening

Please try to remain calm and explain in detail what you have experienced.
Depending on some variables, you will see attacks a few minutes before the attacks arrive. You will start off by seeing the number of troops, and then rough numbers and types of troops and tools, and then fairly accurate numbers.
If you are not online within 20 minutes of the attack arriving, it is very likely that there is no problem.
When you receive a battle report, you see who attacked you, how many troops you and your opponent lost, how much honour and glory you gained/lost and the exact formations of every wave and the battle in the keep (if applicable). Are you claiming that you did not receive this information?
