There are already some rumors out there and the hype is real - Goodgame Studios is working on a new game title within the Empire brand and therefore we’d like to provide you some more details on the upcoming mobile version of Empire: Millennium Wars, as well as the ongoing development for Goodgame Empire and Empire: Four Kingdoms. 

General

First, let’s dive into some general information about both games and the differences between them. 

The game teams for Goodgame Empire/Empire: Four Kingdoms and Empire: Millennium Wars, are completely independent from each other and both teams are working on specific features for their related product. 

This means that Goodgame Empire and Empire: Four Kingdoms development is an ongoing topic and we will still put great effort into producing new features, events and content updates in the future. Our plan is for both games to be available for many years to come and we’ll continuously work on future development of the desktop & mobile game.

While Goodgame Empire/Empire: Four Kingdoms and Empire: Millennium Wars share a similar brand name, the three titles are not connected to each other.

Goodgame Empire & Empire: Four Kingdoms

As already mentioned above, the Goodgame Empire/Empire: Four Kingdoms team is independent from the Empire: Millennium Wars team, and future development for PC and mobile will continue.

Simultaneously, we are also working on an HTML5 version of the browser game in order to match future technical requirements and ensure the future development of features for PC.

The game stability, as well as variety & engaging game mechanics are our core topics of focus. In the next few months we’ll release some interesting and engaging features, including new reward pools for all major events, attractive monthly content packages, reworks of current events, as well as new events and close the content gap between the desktop & mobile game version, just to name a few.

Empire: Millennium Wars

Empire: Millennium Wars is already available in some test markets and will be available globally very soon.

As our newest game addition, Empire: Millennium Wars will provide a new and unique experience that will allow you to build your corporate empire on Mars, where you can compete with other players to dominate the mining industry of Mars and use any means necessary to crush your rivals and ultimately rule the Mars Trade Federation.

The Empire: Millennium Wars team is working on the final features for a worldwide launch and we’ll provide more details about the release date as soon as possible. Empire: Millennium Wars will be available on iOS & Android.
