If you download puffin you can log in the PC version on your mobile.

IIRC the Puffin method no longer works due to updates.  Not sure if it's updates here or Puffin since I never tried it in the first place.

You can just search: Goodgame Empire on safari. If you see the right empire you click it and scroll down to open with browser. The view will be bugged but you'll be able to check for fire and food. (This is my experience with my Iphone XR)
