This has to be the best value for money I've ever seen in a game
The building consists of 100 levels for a total cost of 16,324,800 Rubies.

I know... and I personally have spent over 20k on this game... in the last 11 years.... And, it's only be the 4 or 5 that spending money was worth anything at all to current castles. Imagine spending $100 on the nomads to get a deco with 150 PO and have your entire Alliance do it...
That and you can farm Rubies at a great rate if you know what you're doing. Everytime I really try I can get 20k-30k rubies in a day... but, most of the time I just get an easy 10k a day with very little effort.
