To get Travelling armies, I think it'll be best at lvl 10+
RBC level 30? You can attack an RBC castle at level 30 9 times to go to lvl 31, but the easiest lvl 30 is 30-4 (4 to level 31), you have to set a total of 118 Heavy crossbowmen at the flanks, and you'll win (with 19 losses)
