Ive been in a non working alliance and have been asked to join another more active one.how do i do this please.?

If you go on the alliance tab (red and green hand shaking 2nd from bottom left of the screen) then select the management tab on the left 5th from top...it looks like a chain of command of little black icons....on the next screen click on the tab of the green and red hands breaking apart.
Once you've done this you'll be out of your current alliance, make sure you plan the move so you're out of the alliance for the minimum amount of time or you'll be targeted for being on your own. Either go on the desired alliance you want to join and request to join or arrange one of them to send you an invite....you'll have done one of the two before already being in an alliance.
