NOMAD is a brand new alliance. I am a 2k honor achievement player, I have placed 5th in honor related events, I am a capable leader and have the knowledge to drive an alliance to success. I have an exact and successful set of strats and tactics that are proven to win. I am currently recruiting ruby buyers level is not an issue as you can grow with this alliance.
