When I checked this player he still had plenty, secondly he was in a strong alliance and not burning, you sure he quit or are you just trying to get people to attack him?

He still does have alot of honor still, therefore showing not many of us attacked him, but how do we get alot of rubies from this? I don't know of a way to send rubies.

I find it much more likely that you were trolling, trying to get a bunch of people to blindly (and naively) attempt to take RVs away from someone.
