An alliance of 60+ players who has 40+ level 70 players declared war on us for no reason and done some 20-30 attacks within 24 hours.
They have level 70 players before we started playing GGE. They have capitol and thanks to GGE they have metro's also.
we are 30 player alliance.We are on Indian Server

First off, attacking someone is not bullying.
Secondly, with a 90 90 castellan and armorer tools you could win a flank easily and actually get a really good kill to death ratio.

Is that attack considered bullying, not in the slightest.
Might want to ask that alliance why they have declared and massed if you are really concerned, because we here at the forums won't be able to help you. Good luck though.

i can defend but not everyone in my alliance had 90-90 castellan.

I don't think that anyone will declares war just to bully. It is probably training war it will end soon... Or some of you member steal their RV or attack them,or their sub,maybe... Or they want some honor/glory/loot... Who knows? Like Erick said,ask them? If they don't reply ask some other big alliance for help.

no stealing of rv's, we strictly prohibit it.
they regularly attack us for glory we don't have any problem in that we learned a lot by defend those attacks
but for first time they declared war and their lvl 70 players started attacking. we did msg them why this war but none of them replied. even few guys i know didn't replied so it sucked that they just hunted us for their fun.
and all other big alliance are friends to us but none of them have guts to interfere in that alliance matters.
