The agenda of this alliance is highly classified, you can apply to join but in order for your application to succeed you have to be willing to move your main catle within supporting distance.

If the agenda is classified, then why is the recruitment open ? I mean, how can you trust the other members to keep the agenda classified if you let anyone in ?
