I am kinda new and have an alliance, I am level 23-24 w/ 2op, but what if myself and other members was looking for a different alliance that would be willing to talk and help their members that would not be a million miles away. Where and how do I do that also would it be any better to start my own and how do I do that????

Your in the right place, starting your own alliance would be fine but a lot of members on USA 1 are with misc or HIVE cause of the war. If your looking for an alliance my own(Canadian Forces) is always open to new members.
