Hi! I was looking at my alliance, and I noticed the three relationships you can have with other alliances, but I don't know how to get into one (e.g. create a pact with an alliance, or go to war with one). Help! Thanks.

Click on the player info of someone from the alliance you want a relation with.
Click on this player's alliance name.
You will see three icons on the left:
Overview
Members list
Diplomacy
Click on the "Diplomacy" icon (the scroll in the blue circle). You'll see the window that will say, most likely, "This alliance has a neutral attitude towards you".
Below this, you'll see another three icons: to offer a pact, to offer a non-aggression agreement, and to declare war.
Choose which one you want, and click on the corresponding icon. The request for this relation will be sent to that alliance. Then it's up to them to accept of refuse it.

Reehani blade it out pretty well, also when you click on the player info, you can click the little icon that looks like a green hand and a red hand shaking to access the alliance info.
