To set the record straight:
In 2013 our then Leader Kingsam2911 (who has since retired from Gladiators and vanished) entered into an agreement to make the then Gladiators & Gladiators 1,2,3,4,5 & Gladiator Outlaw PTR-Gladiators, which didn't work out. Then he made arrangements with LOF (Legion Of the Free)
to make Gladiators & Gladiators 1,2,3,4,5 & Gladiator Outlaw into LOF:Gladiators & LOF:Gladiators 1,2,3,4,5 & LOF:Gladiator Outlaw. All of this was done with out the say of a majority of all of the Gladiator alliance members a that time. Since that time there's been discontent about the freedom & Independence that the Gladiators Alliance and subs once had. Not to mention since that time our member numbers rapidly dwindled to next to nothing. We also lost our subs 2,4,5 and Gladiator Outlaw.
After 6 months of griping about not being an independent and free alliance the members of the main branch of LOF:Gladiators and LOF:Gladiators 1 & 3 decided to vote. On Saturday April 5, 2014 the vote was for LOF:Gladiators & LOF:Gladiators 1 to leave LOF. LOF:Gladiators 3 choose in whole to remain with LOF. The same day we voted a sub alliance asked to become part of Gladiators & Gladiator Outlaw asked to reconnect.
Within hours of The Gladiators! becoming independent the Legion Of the Free declared war on us. Followed by LOF 2 declaring war on us Sunday afternoon April 6, 2014. The leader of LOF2 asked what was with the name change & asked what issues/problems we had with LOF? When his questions were answered, he never responded. (for the record: we really had no problems w/ LOF, we had a few attacks from LOF subs (the response was always oops) hey no big deal). There was a member of LOF2 who asked what was up? When we responded he was nice enough to respond.
My/our question is why declare war on us? We aren't going with another alliance! It's pretty messed up that an alliance with the name of "Legion Of the Free" is attacking us for going independent and being free! Declaring war on us, is that not being a bully? Didn't Lincoln abolish slavery? I sure thought he did.
As a whole alliance, we have heard our fair share of stories thru the grapevine from all of the big alliances. At that time we figured it was purely gossip, guess now we can surely say some of the gossip is the truth!
It's really messed up that members are told to attack or they will burn themselves, that's not team work that's a dictatorship!
The consensus of the Gladiators! Alliance is Attack us, take our glory, take our loot, kill our troops & Burn our castles, when the smoke clears at the end of the day we'll still be here and the whole world will know your a bully!

Actually we did send Vonrick notification. It may not have been at the exact second it happened but it was also explained why. The screen shot was sent me in a pm I will say thank you for the kind words and wish you the same.
As for the attacks, we're still standing!

LOF:Gladiators was cool even being in LOF. Seems that many of Gladiators now really want to have wars against others. Wish to all Gladiators Luck in being independent.

I do thank you for the nice sediment. However "Seems that many of Gladiators now really want to have wars against others" is a little backwards, LOF, LOF2, The Misc & LOF:Rebel&NooBz, declared war on us. LOF2 dropped the war, LOF, has calmed down, THEMisc & LOF:Rebel&NooBz like to steal rv's and triple hit mains daily.
Like I said the members just wanted to be independent and do there own thing, you remember play the game and enjoy it.
