if an alliance leader wants to step down, How does he hand the leadership over to another alliance member,?.

1) Press the alliance button then go to the "Members list" page
2) Then fine the member you would like hand the leadership over to then press "Member settings" button (the small button next to the players name)
3) Then press the button with the leader sign (a crown) on it with 2 green arrows around it, then read the message that comes up just to be sure you want to make him the leader and then press the tick.
The member will become the leader instantly and you the ex-leader will become a deputy, you can not reverse this act so make sure you want to make the player your leader.
