Hello all. I am looking to grow(for once) and get a few members that are 20+ and know what they are doing. A list is below for members I need.

-Someone who knows how to handle diplomacy
-Someone who knows how to handle getting more members
-Someone who knows how to handle wars
-Someone who knows how to handle the alliance's donations
-Skilled players that are level 20+
