You're going to have to grow your alliance and yourself before any other respectable alliance takes you seriously. At this point, you might as well join an alliance so that you can learn how to play the game before starting an alliance.

hey its mostly because most people are in bigger and better alliance groups and dont really care about lower levels but some people do care about lower level people and will teach them how to player and i would either ask for a pact with romanis II or join that alliance group i am leader of a different roman alliance group but romanis II is the trianing alliance group for the main and im the leader of the third one romanis III well anyway good luck
