Sorry to sound lame, but what is meant by "RV"? There are no answer when I seach it on the forum.

it is basically an outpost you don't build in
you capture them in the other kingdoms and they make your resources fill faster.
oh and they start wars for petty reasons.

the basic definition of all resource villages, believe me, they aren't worth the trouble with diplomacy on usa 1 unless you find it as soon as it spawns.
EDIT: or you can take them during a war
