Hi everyone how do i leave an ally?

If you mean your allance then first click on Alliance - management tab, choose the breaking shake hands.

Pretty sure you mean alliance.

Go in your alliance

Then there's a side of tabs on the left. Click on management.

It brings you to a page with the alliance name, description, and circular. Next to circular is two hands. Click that.
