General Information
Name: Aryan WarlordsRank System: We use our own Chain of Command to ensure prosperity and growth.
Members Needed: Captain (Right-Hand Man), all officers and as many enlisted soldiers as possible.
Emperor: RBennett399
Ranks and Description
RecruitsThis is the first rank achieved by new members. Has a recruit, these members will spend a certain amount of time proving their skills are useful to the Alliance and studying all the Ranks, Regulations and Chain of Command for the Aryan Warlords. Once their team Sergeant believes that recruits are ready for promotion, they will type a letter of recommendation to the Emperor and the Emperor will test the recruit within 48 hrs. If the recruit passes he will become an official member of the Alliance and attain the rank of Soldier!
Soldier
This is the first official rank and backbone of the alliance. These members carry out most of the work that is done in the alliance and are the primary reason for dominance within the area. All members of the alliance carry out orders, every week, but these members are normally the ones tasked with the hardest of tasks. This is to ensure that Soldiers and members of the alliance continue to grow, prosper and become the best that they can be. These members will spend some time in this role fighting, growing and becoming more productive members in the alliance while performing orders given by the hierarchy, officers and emperor of the alliance. After they have spent so much time their Sergeant will write a letter of recommendation to the Emperor to let him know that they are ready for promotion. After doing so the Emperor will review the members activity, successes, failures and etc and either promote them or not within 48 hrs. If the member is declined for promotion, they will go back to their rank of Soldier and continue working until they (and their Sergeant) feel that they are ready and then they will try again. If they are accepted for promotion then they will attain the Rank of Knight!
Knight
This is the 2nd official rank of the Alliance. These members perform the same role as the Sergeant, except they are given more freedoms and more responsibility because they have proven their loyalty and worth to the Alliance. These members will continue to follow orders and to try and specialize in one of four areas; economy, diplomats, military or commander. Once these members have chosen their specialty, they will write to the Emperor and let him know what they have chosen. Then they will be trained in the specialty that they have selected or that is agreed upon between the Knight and the Emperor. Once, they have finished their training they will be tested and if they pass the test, they will attain the rank of Sergeant. If the member happens to fail after training, they will be recycled into the next training session and will try for their promotion again. This will continue until the Knight is either able to pass his test or is moved to another specialty by the Emperor and Hierarchy voting to have them placed in a specialty they may fit them better. Remember, we all can't be military, diplomats, economic leaders or Commanders. I will try and ensure that you get the specialty that you have chosen but if it is not available then you will either be put on a waiting list for your specialty or the Hierarchy and Emperor will discuss their position during the next meeting and you will be assigned a specialty based on your skills. If you are assigned a position it is for the best of the alliance so please try to be an adult. Once you have passed training, you will be promoted to the rank of Sergeant and will be given command of your own team.
Sergeant
This is a non-commissioned officer position and is the first rank of true responsibility within the alliance. These members have passed their specialty training and will be assigned their own team of Knights (there is no certain amount per team), Soldiers (Again, no certain amount) and Associates (However many apply and are put on your team). The Sergeants are responsible for giving their team the orders handed down from the Lieutenant and then helping them and ensuring that they complete their orders. At the end of each week they will they will prepare a report, explaining the success or failure of their teams throughout the week. This report must be given to the Lieutenant, even if the entire team failed their orders for the week. The Lieutenant will give this report to the Captain, who will take it to the Hierarchy to be discussed and rewards or punishments will be determined. Sergeants are also responsible for training new Knights, that have chosen the Sergeants specialty and been assigned to the Sergeants. Each Sergeant will probably only receive one Knight ready to be trained for his specialty per month. This way the Sergeant is not overloaded with work and can continue to be productive to the Alliance. Sergeants can request more Knights ready to be trained for specialty and will either be accepted/declined upon review of their success rates by the Hierarchy and Emperor.
Lieutenant
The Lieutenant is the first Officer rank within the Alliance. Each Lieutenant will receive a Brigade of members. A Brigade is 4 teams composing of 1 Sergeant per team, as many Knights and Soldiers has needed per team and however many new members have applied and been accepted as Associates and assigned to one of the 4 teams under the Lieutenants Brigade. The Lieutenant will be responsible for giving the orders given to him by the Hierarchy and Emperor to all the Sergeants in his Brigade and then ensuring that the Sergeants do everything they can to get their team to complete and succeed their orders. He will prepare a report at the end of each week that says which Sergeant he feels did the best, which Sergeant he feels did the worse, How many Knights the Sergeants in their Brigade trained and graduated to their specialty, all of the orders given for the week and whether they were successful or failed. The Lieutenant can write a letter of recommendation at any time for any of his Sergeants, Knights, Soldiers or Associates assigned to his Brigade. Lieutenants should only write recommendations for members they feel truly deserve a promotion and members that will help the alliance the most. All letters of recommendation will be reviewed and the members recommended will be reviewed as well. If a Lieutenant is caught writing letters of recommendation for their friends and not for members they feel truly deserve it will be fired, removed from the Alliance and will be considered hostile from then on out. Lieutenants are not required to write recommendations for Knights, Soldiers or Associates but in order for Sergeants to get promoted a Lieutenant must recommend that they are the Best Sergeant in the Brigade and have served a correct amount of time in the rank to be promoted. They will also tell what they feel is the best skills for the Sergeant they recommend and what they feel are their worse. After this recommendation the Sergeant will either be promoted to Lieutenant, a special rank or will remain a Sergeant until the hierarchy and Emperor feel that they are ready to be officers.
Captain
This is the Highest ranking officer position that can be given. These members are the right hand man to the Emperor and will fill in and perform the same duties as the Emperor in the event that the Emperor can not be online during that week, can not attend an important event or any other reason that keeps him from the game during a Important alliance decision. If the Emperor happens to retire or quit, the Captain will take over as the new Emperor and will run the alliance, however, they see fit. There will only be 1 Captain in the alliance and they will receive and give all reports between the Hierarchy and the Emperor. No one else will see these reports, until they are finalized by the Hierarchy and then accepted by the Emperor. The Emperor will then post them in the announcement section of the Alliance or will send it as a mass message to all the Lieutenants for them to give to their Sergeants. Once the orders have been finalized the Emperor will give them to the Captain and they will be dispersed throughout the alliance. Every member is expected to complete the order they are given for the week and any members that fail will be punished either by a charge of resources, suspension from the alliance, loss of rank or any other punishment the Hierarchy determines fit. Punishments will be described more later. Captains must write letters of recommendation to the Hierarchy and the Emperor in order for members to receive a Special Rank within the alliance.
Emperor
This is the highest ranking member in the Alliance. This member receives the weekly plans for the alliance from the Hierarchy and then reviews them and either accepts them and sends them out to the Captain to be dispersed and completed throughout the alliance or declines them and sends the report back to the Hierarchy with his reason for the decline and has them re-plan everything. If the Emperor does not accept the Hierarchy's plans, the Hierarchy will have to re-evaluate and re-plan all the orders and then submit them back to the Emperor until they can all agree on the best possible route for the entire alliance. All members of the Hierarchy and the Emperor must do what is best for the alliance as a whole and not what is best for them or a certain member. This alliance will be a family that takes things serious but also knows how to have fun. The Emperor will hold weekly challenges for Military actions, Diplomatic actions, Economic actions or Commander actions. These are challenges for all the Sergeants to compete within their specialty. Whichever Sergeant does the best in their trained specialty will be rewarded at the end of every week with resource packages, military units, coins, rubies or other rewards chosen by the Emperor himself. The Emperor will also hold challenges for all the members of the alliance. The members that do the best and achieve the results determined at the beginning of the week to succeed the challenges will be rewarded with whatever the Emperor has chosen at the beginning of the week. These challenges will help our members to grow and have fun together with friendly competition.
Special Ranks
There are four special ranks in Aryan Warlords and they are; Warlord, Treasurer, Diplomat and Commander! These 4 ranks are the members that are chosen as the Hierarchy and will meet each week to determine the plans and fate of the alliance. They will determine the plans and orders for every single member and team within the alliance and prepare it into one big report to give to the Emperor. Once they have agreed and prepared the report, the Emperor will review it and either accept/decline it within 48 hrs. Reports for the next week must be turned in by Saturday the week before, just in case the Emperor declines the report. If the Emperor declines the report the Hierarchy will get back together and re-plan for every member and team in the alliance and have it turned in on Sunday. The Emperor will then either accept/decline the report again. The Emperor will normally always accept the plans and report of the Hierarchy because these members have been specifically picked for these positions because they are the best in the alliance in the position that they are chosen for and are the masters, so most of the time they will know the best plans and orders for each week. The only time the Emperor will decline the orders, is if he feels that one of the plans will significantly endanger, hurt, hinder or stop the alliance from growing and prospering for the week. Other than this the Hierarchy are here to plan out and determine the future of the alliance because they are the best at the field they were chosen for, have proven their loyalty and dedication to the Aryan Warlords and have proven that they will do whatever it takes to help the alliance grow and become the most dominate.
Hierarchy Ranks Descriptions (Special Ranks)
WarlordThis is the Military leader of the Hierarchy. There will only be one member chosen for this rank and this member will be a specialist in Military strategy and the best at this specialty out of the entire alliance. This member is required to plan all the attacks, unit productions, and anything else involving military units for all members and for each team and brigade within the alliance. For every member of the alliance the Warlord must determine how many units and what type the member should train for the week, if they should make any attacks and if so where, how their defenses should be set up for the week and anything relating to Military strategy in this game. Every member of the alliance must have their own individual orders and every team and brigade must have orders. For example, 1 knight in the alliance may be required to train 20 long bowman, 10 mace men, 20 crossbow men, and 5 spearmen during the week. They may also be tasked with completing two attacks on rival alliance bases or having a military building upgraded to a certain level by the end of the week. That is the plan for 1 member and every member must have his own orders. The team as a whole will have orders to though such as, train 2,000 assorted units as a team and make 10 attacks on rival alliance bases within the week and the Brigade must have orders of its own too. Keeping it this way will keep the members of the alliance constantly working and having fun, while developing the strongest and most organized alliance in the world. Remember, Warlords only plan the military strategies of each member, team and brigade of the alliance and then prepare the report and present it to the other members of the Hierarchy.
Treasurer
The Treasurer is the Economic Specialist of the Hierarchy and is the best member of the alliance when it comes to resource production, trading, upgrading and anything else resource related. This member also must prepare a report for every member, every team and every brigade. Each member must have their own plan, then each team will have plans they are accepted to achieve together and each brigade will have plans that all the teams of that brigade come together to accomplish. For example, one member may be required to donate 1,000 wood, stone and coins to the alliance and also upgrade at least one building of each resource to level 5. One teams plan could be, this team must donate a total of 20,000 resources to the alliance this week and must upgrade any resource buildings at least 20 times for the whole team. Which would mean if it was the Sergeant, 1 Knight, 1 Soldier and 1 Associate that made up the team that would only be 4 members, so each would have to upgrade any type of resource buildings 5 times because 5x4=20. Then the brigades plans may be to donate a total of 50,000 resources all together and upgrade any type or a certain type of resource buildings for the whole brigade. Such as, if a brigade is the Lieutenant and 4 teams of 4 people a piece, that is 21 people. All 21 people must upgrade any or a certain type of resource buildings, to a certain amount when their totals are all added up. Such as, if the brigade was tasked to upgrade the wood resource buildings a total of 21 times between the entire brigade. Then each member of the brigade would not only complete the orders that were given to them directly but would also upgrade the woodcutter resource building 1 time each, in order to complete the 21 upgrades order given.
DiplomatThis member is the best at negotiating alliances, non-aggression pacts and determining whether or not we are about to go into war with another organization. This member is only required to prepare and plan a report that goes to the Emperor, telling which organizations we should contact and try and sign alliances with them, which organizations we need to contact and try and sign non-aggression pacts with and what the best way to accomplish these goals would be. Such as, if they thought that signing an Alliance with another certain alliance, they would tell why they think it's a good idea, how our alliance will benefit from this alliance with the other organization, what they feel would be the best way to gain their trust and alliance, like, should we message and talk to them telling all the things we offer or should we just straight invite them to join an alliance with us or sign a non-aggression pact. These members are responsible for making contact with as many alliances as they can during a week and determining the best ways to deal with them, if they are on our side or against us and develop plans on how to change them from against us to with us. These members will be spending a lot of time talking to leaders of other organizations and trying to find diplomatic solutions instead of fighting and wasting resources and men. They are also required to do the spying on other alliances and determine how big of a threat they are to our alliance, such as; how many units they have total, are they an aggressive alliance or do they mostly not attack other alliances and any other information they can gather about the other alliances in the game. If the Diplomat feels that our alliance is going to have to declare war on another alliance or is going to have to defend ourselves from a massive attack, they need to report the information directly to the Emperor, Commander and Warlord so that these members can get orders out to begin preparing the alliance for the huge attack or the war. The Emperor, Commander and Warlord will hold their own separate meetings to determine any declarations of war with other alliances and all 3 members must agree before a war can be declared.
Commander
This is the last member of the Hierarchy but certainly not lest. These members are responsible for searching the world map in game to determine the best locations for us to take over, where our members could move to be closest to each other (being closer to each other will shorten the time it takes for units, resources and etc to go between each other, so obviously this is extremely important) and also this member is responsible for testing all members going up for promotions from associate to soldier, from soldier to knight, knights specialty testing and knights testing to be promoted to sergeant, and sergeant to lieutenant. This member will test all of the members under review for promotion to any of those ranks and then report to the Emperor whether they passed or failed, what questions they missed or got wrong, and whether they feel the member is ready for promotion or needs more time to get better. Commanders are also responsible for planning and determining all the orders for Sergeants and Lieutenants. Commanders only plan and determine orders for these to ranks because they are the best in the alliance in leadership position and know what it takes to be the best leader you can be and get the best out of a team or brigade. The Warlord will determine all Associates, Soldiers and Knights military orders. Also, the Warlord will determine a specific plan for each team in each brigade, and also determine a specific plan for each brigade within the alliance. Treasurers will be required to do the same thing but with resources instead of military strategies. The Diplomat will only prepare one report for the Captain and Emperor to review over alliances we have/need, how to achieve those alliances or non-aggression pacts, alliances we may go to war with and why and information about all there units and ect. The Commander, however, will plan and determine all of the plans for Military, Resources, Teamwork and Communication for all Sergeants and Lieutenants of the alliance. The Commander plans and determines the orders for the leaders, while the other hierarchy members plan and determine for the enlisted members, each individual team and each individual brigade.
Rules
1.) Treat each other with respect and dignity. We are all adults here so act like it.2.) All members are required to follow all final orders that are given to them for the week and have them completed by the end of the week. These orders will be challenging but will never be so hard that they couldn't be completed in one week. All members, teams and brigades should be able to complete every order they are given within the week. Any members, teams or brigades that don't complete all their orders will be given some form of punishment, such as; being forced to donate so much of their resources or men to the alliance, losing a rank (if it's one particular member), every member of the team or brigade losing a certain amount of experience points or an entire rank, etc. These punishments will be determined at the Hierarchy meetings and the Warlord is responsible for planning and determining the punishment. He will include a punishment section in his report that tells the name of the member, team or brigade that failed to complete their orders, which order it was, why they failed to complete it and their suggestion for the punishment. Once the Emperor determines whether the plans will be accepted or not, the punishment will be accepted or declined with them. All punishments are final, once the Emperor has sent out the final orders.
3.) No members can attack each other within the alliance, can attack members of another alliance or declare war on another alliance without the consent of the Warlord or the Emperor himself. Any member caught attacking other members of Aryan Warlords, will be instantly removed from the alliance and considered hostile. Same goes for members maliciously attacking members from another alliance (continuously hitting different members or the same one from one particular alliance), or trying to declare war or change any diplomatic status between our alliances. This is for the Hierarchy and Emperor to plan and determine and only them.
4.) All members will be active during the week and complete all orders given to them during the week and have them completed and their reports over their success or failure written and turned in to their superior by Saturday night or Sunday morning. Any member that fails to complete his orders or fails to prepare his report and turn it into his superior will be subject to punishment by the Warlord of the Hierarchy. You could be charged a small fine of resources or coins or could be completely removed from the alliance. Your punishment is determined by the Warlord and then either accepted into the final orders or declined. All punishments will be fair and reasonable, I am not going to remove anyone from the alliance just for failing an order. But if members always fail and never try to accomplish the orders, they will be removed and considered hostile.
5.) If a member has work, family issues, or anything else that is going to keep them from being active or completing a order during the week, than that member needs to report the reason why they can't be on (don't go into detail, your personal life is not our business) and tell why they can't finish the orders they have been given on Monday of the week they are going to be gone and no later than Wednesday of that week. This will give plenty of time for orders to be replaced with members that will be able to complete them and be active.
6.) All members are required to donate, at least, 1,000 of each resource (besides rubies) such as; wood, stone and food, to the alliance as a whole each month. The Treasurer is responsible for collecting these dues from every member in the alliance. These resources will be used to help fund wars, resource productions, or anything else that the alliance might need on a short time or long time basis and will not be used to help just one member. They will be used and spread out throughout the entire alliance, to the members needing them the most.
*All rules are subject to change at any time, so make sure to check back frequently or ask one of the hierarchy members if you have any questions*
If there are any players out there interested in becoming a part of the Aryan Warlords and help us build to become the best alliance in the world and in the game, please feel free to apply to the alliance in game. The hierarchy will discuss the penalties during their weekly meeting and will determine a proper and fair amount of exp to take away and once they all come to an agreement on it and it has passed through the exp that they determined will be what is taken away.

Other than this the Hierarchy are here to plan out and determine the future of the alliance because they are the best at the field they were chosen for, have proven their loyalty and dedication to the Aryan Warlords and have proven that they will do whatever it takes to help the alliance grow and become the most dominate.
Hierarchy Ranks Descriptions (Special Ranks)Warlord
This is the Military leader of the Hierarchy.
The Commander plans and determines the orders for the leaders, while the other hierarchy members plan and determine for the enlisted members, each individual team and each individual brigade.Rules1.) Treat each other with respect and dignity. We are all adults here so act like it.
2.) All members are required to follow all final orders that are given to them for the week and have them completed by the end of the week.

If you guys don't want to read it, you don't have to. I am just looking for members for my alliance. Yes, I know how exp works on this game but we have our own exp system, that we use for our Alliance Ranks and positions. I have played a lot of games just like this and this one quite a bit in the past. I have created multiple alliances and been a part of major corporations on EVE online. It may look like a lot and that it would be hard but once you get down how we play it will be the easiest style of play that you've ever seen.

Rank System: We use our own Chain of Command to ensure prosperity and growth.
Members Needed: Captain (Right-Hand Man), all officers and as many enlisted soldiers as possible.
Emperor: RBennett399Ranks and DescriptionRecruits
This is the first rank achieved by new members.
These challenges will help our members to grow and have fun together with friendly competition.Special RanksThere are four special ranks in Aryan Warlords and they are; Warlord, Treasurer, Diplomat and Commander!

These challenges will help our members to grow and have fun together with friendly competition.Special RanksThere are four special ranks in Aryan Warlords and they are; Warlord, Treasurer, Diplomat and Commander!
Hierarchy Ranks Descriptions (Special Ranks)Warlord
This is the Military leader of the Hierarchy.

I have 19 rules in my alliance, 7 of which duel with ranks, and but the space they take up don't even cover up to soldier on this. Sort and sweet is what is best for most players, they don't need to feel like they reading a text book. they don't tend to quit as often.
