My name is Tanner and I am currently leader of the Scorpion Kings alliance. I am looking for experienced players to help rebuild this alliance alongside me. The alliance already has many upgrades and 33 spots due to previous players having put many rubies into the alliance.
All positions are open to those who prove themselves worthy of holding the position.
While any player is welcome to join, I am specifically looking for more experienced players, level 25 and higher, to bring more knowledge and skill to the alliance. Teaching 20 new players is a handful that I've found to be very difficult when trying to do so by yourself. The only thing I ask is that you move closer to myself so that we may center our alliance in one area instead of being spread out. If interested, let me know either here or in the game.
We are located on the US 1 server, thanks to all who reply, to those who don't, best wishes anyway.

I've noticed, not sure what they hope to accomplish, I still hold the main post of the thread and no self respecting player would join an LOF sub.

I will give LoF main credit on being a strong alliance but I hold little respect for their subs. Even their subs who I have held respect for have left LoF and either joined a new family or have gone independent.

When i visited LOF website ( legionofthefree.com ) it seems like they cut down on subs just haven't done so in game.I will give LoF main credit on being a strong alliance but I hold little respect for their subs. Even their subs who I have held respect for have left LoF and either joined a new family or have gone independent.

I have a question please. I am wanting for my alliance to become a sub of a bigger alliance. Any suggestions on how to do that? I've asked a couple but we're too small for they're taste. We're willing to help out however we can, whenever we can, we just need someone to give us a chance.

While this isn't the intention of this thread, I will humor your question. You would generally begin by looking for a sub of a sub of a sub because you're nowhere near big enough to be a direct sub of any alliance who matters. You make friends in that sub, help them out, and then eventually ask if you can become a sub to that alliance. You could also make a post in alliance news asking for someone to pick you up as a sub but honestly, why would you want to be a sub? Its pathetic for an independent alliance wanting to become a sub. Have a little backbone and stick it out as your own entity instead of trying to piggyback on someone else's name because they had the balls to make themselves strong. Just my opinion though, join somewhere if they will take you.
P.S. Deathsweeper, I think someone told you already but LoF was forced to drop subs after their war.

Tanner, thanks for the advice. I do appreciate it. The reason we were looking to become a sub is because...yes, we are small...we have a member from Wraith and a member from MOC hitting my alliance members and causing major damage. We are not strong enuf--yet--to make them stop. The one from MOC hit my alliance for the 3rd time couple weeks ago with 574 troops. We fixed the repairs, upped guardhouses and taverns and leveled up and I leveled and got a moat. So while he has spied on me, alone...22 times in 36 hours...so far he has not went any further. Could he? Yes, I'm confident he could. I would like to see him and the person from Wraith go away. They're just bullies and having someone larger to say leave them alone would accomplish that task. As a lower level alliance, we would be able to handle attacks on lower levels that might be out of the higher levels hit range. But I agree with you. Giving up my independence does not sit well. But one of my members was hit by MOC with 688 troops. I want my people protected, my pride be damned.

Well, being a small alliance leader myself, I've had this issue before. Now, I don't know how long you've been playing but I have some friends I've made in my time playing in higher places that I can rely on to pull us out of the fire if things get real bad but I haven't had to do that yet. I would generally begin by messaging the leaders and diplomats of these alliances in a very polite message asking if they could scale back attacks and/or stop if they're to an extreme point, whether they're hitting often or low levels. You have to be very polite and humble while also being firm that you don't intend to continue letting it happen. If that proves to be useless, move up the chain of command to their parent alliance if they have one. Normally it shouldn't go this far because their alliance leader should be reasonable and have a word with them unless you've given them fair reasoning to act this way. If their reasoning is, "its a war game", which in fairness, it is, that just means they're pushing you around because you're small. Past this, I would normally begin readying for a war. If you can make the war annoying and troublesome for them, you can request peace while offering a small tribute or none. Then you wait until you're large enough to take your revenge on them. While this isn't a fool proof course of action, it's generally how I've handled situations like this and my alliance is still doing okay. Create pacts with local alliances as well and ask them for help. I lucked out having been in some larger alliances before creating mine so I can always get help dealing with the mid sized groups. Message me in game if you need any more assistance.
