if we join an alliance in which the leader is in ruins and we r novice in the alliance can we become leader to that alliance plz tell

This may not be correct if all the other members in the alliance are novices. See the last entries in the linked thread below--it looks like in the case of this alliance the leader is in ruin (and has been for a bit) but none of the other members (all novice) have been promoted to leader instead.
