How do you get members in alliances like The Rohirrim, K!LL Team and/or their sub alliances to stop bullying/praying/intimidating smaller/weaker alliances and/or their individual members that one may have had a problem with over a year ago? I think it is disgraceful that a member of my alliance has been hit by several members of one or more connected alliances continually and in different locations for 3 consecutive days. I think constant attacks by certain individuals or alliances should be outlawed, especially when the attacked member buys rubies and other packages and is helpful to many in the alliances they are in. Feel free to private message me or post answers in this forum or post problems you have had in GGE. Thanks, have fun and stop the bullying.

For starters, you said that players who buy rubies shouldn't be allowed to attack those who don't so you're immediately laughed out of the building by 3/4 of people who would help you. As for your situation, take it to a parent alliance or a member of their alliance who is reasonable. I would bet that if the conflict was a year old, something probably happened to spark their interest again which would most likely mean the player you're defending is an issue / should be cut loose.

Maybe they should spend rubies on things that would help them win battles.

I love when people complain about bullying. They constantly think people with rubies should not have the advantage over non-ruby buyers. If you're willing to pay hundreds(sometimes thousands in some cases) for an advantage in a GAME, I think you more than deserve that advantage. As for outlawing attacks for certain players: those attacks make you want to buy rubies to defend yourself. This equals profit for GGS. Why then, would they outlaw it? (rhetorical question)
