How to Become a sergeant are in alliance
who should do what for a higher rank in the alliance


I'm looking for an explanation of the game (rules, explanations, what to do to get out)
My question is urgent

the leader will see icons beside the player name, they click on this and assign a rank to that person as I show here :)

As previously said, someone who is 'higher' in the alliance has to promote you. I think you knew this and you were asking how to get promoted.

here is NO answer to this, unfortunately.

I would just recommend playing the game as usual because ranks (the bottom 3 anyways) aren't that important. Ideally, you want a nice respectful alliance who recognizes their player's achievements and rewards them based on that.

For example, if you support players, help others, send res, offer advice and be a well rounded person then you may move up. Looting etc can all play a part in this, especially activity levels!

Once you start to get higher, recruiter / deputy etc, then they are 'specialized' jobs. You should ask the leader or a deputy about the position and then talk to people who already have that roll. Get an overview of what you need to do and work with your alliance.

Although, you could do all this and remain a member.

It is totally reliant on you alliance, and how they want to decide who moves up etc.
