Silent Professionals is a "phrase/terminology" used in certain circles of the SOF world, but I get your point. I think the backbone of a good team is communication, it is one of the only single points of failure a group can have in combat.

The phrase is meant to represent those who do what they need to do without having to cause a huge fuss about it. The drama can be thick here at times...

Great answer, you wouldn't happen to be a politician, would you?

Tanner, that is by far the worst thing anyone has ever said to me, but in a weird way I think it was a compliment. So thank you. No not a politician, just a guy who does stuff in places that aren't the nicest places to be.

You are a sergeant at level 39 and you expect us to be 50+?

Those are the new requirements for our alliance being set by our leadership through lessons learned. I am merely fulfilling a task assigned to me.

Basically, your answer seemed too planned and organized. Like you had flashcards nearby waiting to answer questions. Take it as you will but good luck recruiting friend.

Tanner, I completely understand your perspective, and when I speak here I represent my entire family. Therefore I speak as "vanilla" as possible, and doing best not to cause any grief to be given to them based on my poor choice of words.

*Bump*

Why do I need 10 characters to post this when I only need to write 4 words...?

Wolf Tracker, please message me in the game.

Killdavies, thank you for bumping this thread, I believe the ten character minimum has something to do with the code the reply option was written in.

HAHAHAHA, oooh, tanner I so agree. ;) This guy is great. One of the only people I've seen who can take their job seriously on here but avoid coming off as a twelve year old.

Hey Inviticus, I look forward to your possible participation in some of the forum discussions we're having, and hope to see lots of juicy text walls coming from you, that I can really sink my teeth into. Have fun, and good luck with your recruiting. :)

Triangle, thank you very much for your support in my efforts and compliments regarding my abilities to conduct civilized conversation. But, I must try and contradict your wishes and stay the course and not be seduced into these "word battles" that tend to ramble on needlessly via the forum.

It is understandable that different parties need to express themselves in a open court setting, but the depth in how personal these arguments go negates any constructive intentions they were initially founded on.
