Hello I am looking for a ruby alliance i am a ruby buyer and want to join a higher level ruby alliance I am currently level 22

There aren't really ruby alliances, there are highly upgraded alliances and players who buy rubies however a "ruby alliance" doesn't exist. However, I like your spunk, if you're interested in joining my alliance, let me know. Otherwise, best of luck to you in finding an alliance more suited to your liking.

By "ruby buyer" how many rubies do you mean? You've been level 22 for a few days now. I would expect most ruby buyers to be leveling up a little quicker.

you can level up by rubyteching your buildings if you are really a baller
