Need to know how to start a new alliance, we have many members that want to leave current alliance because leader has been absent for extended time and won't step down, comes on just enough to keep him from going to ruins.

When you leave the alliance, click the little alliance button in the bottom left. It will ask if you want to join one or create one, click create one. It costs like 375 rubies or something, then you choose a name, and you're the new leader of your own alliance. Good luck to you guys.
