The last time I recruited someone off the forum, he deserted in less than 24 hours. I recruited someone yesterday who asked to join, and he ditched within 8 hours!

I am not willing to move my main closer, as I have 2 very highly developed outposts very close to it; however, they are both food and wood, so I need to stay where I am for the outposts to function.
