I bet an alliance with more then 10 members is never going to make you a deputy because promotions are not asked they are EARNED, you need to prove to an alliance that you are the one that they are thinking to make deputy, you are the one who is going to hold that family when the leader is absent, and that's how I became a deputy of my alliance.
