-The Syndicate
-The Gladiators
-Pugnare ad Mort

All decent alliances that are friendly and don't have high barriers for you to jump over to get in.

It would depend on your definition of "decent". What is it you're looking for? Activity? Most rubies spent per hour? Most glory earned per minute?
