You post a bounty on somebody and a reward and then if somebody shows them attacking your bounty you give them a reward

You can post the username of someone and offer a reward of wood or stone for him being attacked. Someone can show you a screenshot of them attacking your target and you'll pay them the bounty.

yep. only problem is that not very many people accept the bounty often, and sometimes other people argue over a member of their alliance getting a bounty on him. lol.
