I'm the Leader of a new, up-and-coming alliance

It's called:Revolution

There ARE requirements however:
You should be at least level 10 and should be no further than 70(is it in km?) from me, there MAY be exceptions to this.

You should will be Orderly, donate a reasonable amount, be ready for work but most of all have FUN. This is still just a game.

Tobi you should increase your support speed and spoil your good members to make them stay, also don't make a donation rule as people won't like that.
