looks like an alliance made of shell accounts and dead's, no offence but it truly does with that many level 70's with 0 loot and no legendary levels

a few inactives and growing players yes, to maintain the alliance shell you may have missed the overall point.... our active players dont stay in tacet vigilum. they are out there, in your alliances. we can call on them if we need, but we prefer on them to be in other alliances.

membership would hardly be that secretive if we kept all the best players under one roof
