Nice recruiting thread. 
May be a bit helpful to list how members can be promoted, pacts, NNAs, policy, activity requirments, who the leader is, diplomacy, exc.
And if you need a thread bump, you can always post some alliance news. I always do that in my alliance thread.

OK then, we prefer members to be on at least once a day donate resources occasionally (optional) and support where they can. Promotion will come with time or skill at playing still working on the leader part we are in the server war but don't have much trouble most of our members moved and took the war with them we have pacts and NAAs with most of the alliances surrounding us. We are allied to KON, GK and some others.
