TheScintillant on USA1 Is currently recruiting MATURE MEMBERS.
An alliance founded by veterans of the game. Most of our members have been playing for 2+ years and are on their 2nd accounts after losing their first due to this RETARDED RUINS MECHANIC

But we are back, and ready to rumble in deed. Recruiting members within 800 miles of our central hub.
Why join TheScintillant? ?( One word: Camaraderie. Mutual trust and friendship among people who spend a lot of time together. That is TheScintillant. We understand you have a life outside this game and we respect that. We dont have insane donations requirements, insane game time requirements, and we dont have a lot of drama here either.
Everyone has baggage, but if you're bringing an aircraft carrier's worth of load, we don't want any.
NOT INVOLVED IN SERVER WAR. 8)We change our flags to all black to support war's grandma, and DonDerek's wife. Cancer sucks.
Only accepting Mature, active players. Age is not a problem, but you better act like an adult. Currently accepting applications to join. Application requires how much/how long you have played. How often you are on is also necessary. We understand real life is a thing and respect those who put college before a game. As long as you let us know school will be taking over for the next few weeks/months, there is no issue.
Not accepting war hungry barbarians. We are a pretty peaceful bunch, close family that is willing to let others in.
