hard to find good active players any more

best thing to do is recruit low level keen players, make them loyal and train them now.

When I had an alliance I recruited all over the map and then got the active ones to move down to nearish me

You could add more info to your alliance introduction like regulations, rules, requirements, personality of individual members, pacts, allies, NNAs, war protocol, exc. ^^

nice pictures and post , we like it it I hard to find good players now but there are some left out there
