Raymond asked me to take a look here. Way too much reading, so I'll try to keep it brief.
I didn't start fighting with graycat because she was bullying low levels or because she swore at me / HIVE. I fought with Graycat because she continued to insinuate that she was more than capable of winning a fight against myself, HIVE, and our allies. Tipping point came when she decided to have her alliance target tree hugger in multiple places as an attempt at payback for a fair glory hit. We had a brief war which ended in about a 2:1 KD ratio in our favor. What I expected, on the numbers front we wrecked them however leaders talked, we went neutral so it was more of an agreement than surrender on their part.
While Graycat will take advantage of low levels and threaten anybody, the reason Graycat cannot be called a bully is simply because she isn't strong enough to pick on other people. In every event where she has insinuated picking on someone weaker, they normally attacked her first so while I would say she is no bully, you should also watch out for her lies. She doesn't have allies everywhere, when she talks about winning fights she usually just saboed or tool wasted after losing a defense. In my experience, she is polite enough but again, she does lie, quite often.

You sort of have to change it. You have a pact with me, Devils BRIGIANS, not Devils Brigade. Two VERY different alliances. You cannot just throw DB main's name around willy nilly either because they arent the ones who will help you in war. We are.
