I don't know how far away your alliance is, but let me say about 300 units for example (but is probably closer)
15 hours for vets to get there (much quicker though if they use kingsguard, which they probably will)
15 hours with +390% support speed
184 minutes, which is just over 3 hours
then with their +80% speed commander
which is 102 minutes, just over 1 and a half hours
then level 1 stables - +14% using coin horses, which is 88 minutes - If you have a good watchtower, possible to get support in time
Level 2 stables - +21%, which is 81 minutes using coins horses - possible with a level 3-ish watchtower
Level 3 stables - which most of your alliance probably has - +50%, which is 61 minutes using coins - possible with a level 1 watchtower
And also, most of your alliance is probably less than 300 units from you, there are probably at least 3 or 4 who are about 100 from you, and also, some of your members might use ruby horses to get to you in time. e.g, level 3 stables using the fastest horses would then take less than 28 minutes to support you over 300 units, which is definitely possible. And remember, these are using vets, kingsguard troops are much faster, and they will most likely support you with those, increasing the speed even more

No lol my alliance is over 300 clicks from me and not everyone has 80 speed comms......I do and have a level 2 and 3 stables (depends on the castle) and don't usually reach others, also if attacked by players the warning is less than 20 mins usually which is hard for you to reach within
also we dont have a capital so dont support using KG's we support with recruited troops such as vets

Very nice. I'm on 58 (or something) and my castle development is falling behind because I'm attacking a lot for food and trying to keep my soldiers alive. Which means, this is bad. This is terribly bad.

You are a level 50 alliance
Your alliance MUST do well in foreign
Therefore, they get KG's are prizes
And they can recruit KG with glory ranks, which most of them probably can
And you say the warning is less than 20 mins?
That's why I said get good watchtowers
