If u really want to recircuit players search in your server not here
U won,t find good players here cause good players dnt have time for forums ( 90% actually )
and most are from other servers so better to search your own rankings than forums )

But what's better, a level 30, 100k looter with 30k power points

He is looting amazing at lvl 30 bro
he could loot around 10 m easily if he keep this speed till 70s

and easiest way is ask his coins if he has over 100k at lvl 30 he is awasome

P:S Ask their best comamnders that tells how much good is that player in actual
Like mine best is 90/90 melee and range
and 90 range 73 later detection 70 melee ( most usefull in big wars or server wars but useless unless you have a war with big ally )

Requirements:

1) Must be able to speak English, Spanish, French, German or Hindi
2) Must log on at least once a day, preferably for at least 2 hours per day
3) Must have at least 500 honor AND EITHER be of glory rank at least Count OR have a high weekly loot
4) Must live within 30 units of another member of the alliance (or be willing to relocate nearer to us) - This is a MUST
5) Must be willing to help out other members with advice, support, and resources
6) Must be at least level 15

Good thanks, we have recruited a few stronger players, and a few weaker  players who become much stronger players. Thanks for the advice on who to recruit by the way, but we can't find anyone really, so we've decided to instead recruit weaker players and train them and teach them so that they become stronger players. But we still need a few more members, and they HAVE to live close to someone in our alliance currently. Still haven't managed to recruit even a single ruby player, but we are still growing without ruby players, so it is fine.

Don,t ever ask others to relocate near you .....
Thats the worst mistake it stops 90% players who wanna join you but u have a rule to relocate etc

Have u noticed that players in Big allies ( HB , TITANS , TRP in int 1 maybe) dnt relcate near castles instead they relocate near kts mostly ( u won,t understand the whole thing abt structures actually )

P:S   Every alliance takes weak players and make them strong
U shoud know the whole story of TRI ( titan rose iron )
U will be antonished to know how useless they were before michi
