D.R.E.A.D has recently lost a few unloyal players due to not being able to follow simple orders from our, stigma lance, omega lance, and charlie lance(my lance) leaders. More over players can't handle some heat in their castles and blaming it on fellow members because their defences arrived early.
So we are looking into having new members who are down right trustworthy to the alliance and can handle a few lost battles and still keep their cool with good team spirit unlike: http://prntscr.com/7t7bby
Unlike most alliances in the usa1 server D.R.E.A.D has never been "risen from the ashes" but instead undefeated form the first day of creation.
One thing that has taught me from being leader for over an year is that no matter what u alliance will progress (unless ur a troll like dameteor) no matter how much time u get trolled, put down, or even lose ur members, there are many fish in the sea, and some are piranha...no that's rivers...some are great whites...like myself :P
For membership u must be lev.40+ Marquis or above, moderate ruby buyer and not a bully.
p.s. if ur a leader ur self and is having trouble handeling trolls contact me (ParaREXX) or the stigma lance captian (Orthrus)...in case i'm not on.
p.P.s. if ur a player with a lot of skill and can demonstrate a high knowledge of the game u can be a lance commander, (a mini alliance system in our current alliance to subsistute sub alliances)...which reminds me, we're looking for potential new alliances to be our sub, requirements: non-bullying alliance+must be lev.2 or above

Yeah, I had to rebuild from the ashes 3 TIMES. Trolled first by some random guy, 2nd time and 3rd time was by you. Good Luck recruiting, your members are falling like dominoes you are probably done for. You recruited from me, stole my members, spied on me and finally you are falling. You asked for war you got it. They're not unloyal THEY HAVE COMMON SENSE. DO I consider Optimus_1234_ unloyal? No, he had common sense. Hmmm, I see your alliance leaves itself open to the possibility of having autowar on.......TBD needs a good war. Any alliance that hides behind autowar leaves itself open to a glory hit from us.
Either say it's off or on, don't leave it vague like that. You just painted a big target on your backs. That's not what strong leaders do. You also don't build a strong allaince on the forum, you build it with leadership, by being there for your guys, trusting them, serving them, etc. If you are having issues keeping members, that's the likely culprit. Just saying though I hate commenting on stuff like this.

It's on man, I know that it's on lol. Auto war is his favorite hobby. Also he doesn't lead his alliance or do anything honestly. A long way back when he was my sub alliance (worst mistake I've ever made) I basically lead the alliance with him as puppet, he doesn't do ANYTHING except put out propoganda and go on the forums. Well then, I'll be paying one of his members a visit shortly. If autowar is on, I'll have a delicious lunch. Any alliance that declares on me due to autowar gets lots of visits from me and friends.
