True. I knew one alliance that I won't be mentioning. Their alliance was created week or so after us, now they have 28 members. That was all just because their leader were hard ruby buyer/ruby whale and she created their website with money.

I have heard about many such alliances.

Actually, I don't think they will win if they will get to any big war or exist for long at all. Yes, rubies and money do give great advantage, but one great player once said: "It's not rubies and armies that win you wars, strategy does".

All right, but what about Power+Strategy?
That makes the guy even more powerful.
