i've got a problem
I play on a  Au1 server and the alliances are not accessible ( Currently unavailable )
I can't make my own so i want to know why?

i also relised that a ton of alliance are made with 1 member that are levels 6-3   yea  i dont even know

says you cannot be invited to an alliance atm, I see that alot, maybe your level?
