you can help them after they asked for help.

you can ask for help when u recruiting units,producing tools,healing units.u can get helps like reducing fires,reduce building time,healing units 20% faster,ask for more units when recruiting.

 Look for the little Red & Green " fast forward"  triangles in the ring menu  when you click on an object.   These request alliance help
