Any great team, ether it be a game, sport, or business, is only as strong as its weakest link. However, if that weak link continues to want to be there, to prove their worth, this is what winners are made of. No one can excel at every aspect of a game, sport, or business and thats why teams are formed. A great team recognizes its strengths and uses them to its full capacity. It supports and defends its weaknesses through tenacity, comradeship and attitude. Everyone gets the opportunity to step up, be creative, be the person to make it happen. With confidence, that even if they fail, the team is right there, behind them pushing them forward until they have their success.
Everyone, has their place and is needed on a great team.
There is many a great team in this game, but face it, not much opportunity to make change, influence or prove to yourself and team mates that you are worthy of their faith and esteem.
These great teams are not about to fix something that is not broken, and too many good players have put in their time, efforts and even money to secure their place on that team which basically puts you in a support role. Nothing wrong with being a support player.
This will be a new alliance with opportunity to be whatever you want to be by proving yourself to be a great team player.
A great team, needs a great leader. A great leader gets the support they need to collectively bring together what is needed to accomplish the teams objectives and goals. The team recognizes that everyone has their duty to make this team great. Greatness comes from the collaboration of each individuals skills. Respect will bring us honour and eventual glory.
This is a game. Above all we want to have fun. This alliance should be about that, Fun. What is fun to this alliance. Basically, it has to be social. A place where there is always people about. The alliance social aspect is of most importance. It is a place where we come to interact. A place where we exchange ideas, provide information, support each other, but generally enjoy conversation. A great team wants to be here to enjoy each others company, but more so, to participate in the teams development and successes.
So what kind of players are we looking for? Considering all aspects of the game, we need several players who love the social part mostly and enjoy being here several hours a day. We need leaders, we need players with experience that dont mind doing some coaching. We need offensive players, we need defensive players and we need new players that bring the enthusiasm and excitement of starting a new game.
We want players that want to be part of a great team.
Now this may all sound well and good, and we are the alliance for you. However there is one adherence you will have to do to become a member and the alliance will assist any player that wishes to become a member in doing this. You will most likely have to move your castle so as to be close and a productive member of our great team.
