New to the game.  I've joined an alliance, doesn't seem to be any active leadership and there are members declaring war on everybody and I've been attacked a couple of times which really kicks my growth whenever it happens. 

If any active alliance is looking for members.  I'm at level 27 and would like to be a part of a well lead alliance.
