hey ^^

i have a problem in my acc... its related with alliances... i am lvl 13 and in 1-19 lvl rank i am almost in the top honor ranking, but for some reason it says that alliance is not available for me yet.... its quite anoying cause i want to enter in one alliance and today a player invited me and i have to refuse cause i just cant enter on it can someone help me please?

you have to be lv 14 thats  what hapened to me
