I'm Uther, the leader of the alliance THE-REBELS that begun late last year - please read - we're looking for fresh blood!
THE-REBEL have already climbed to 203 in rankings out of the 2737 Alliances listed on the server from zero 2 months ago and have quickly reached Alliance Level 5.
While bein a fair-play alliance, we have got our geographical area under control through effective short war and diplomacy and have no current active rivals or enemies. Some of our members chose to group their mains near key members which helps resource and defence support.
I have personally funded the alliance with around 500K Rubies so we are well funded.
We have 33 Member capacity (currently "full") and I/we have funded:
+170% Travel Speed
+50% Barrow Speed
+170% Support Speed
+24% Donation bonus
+5% Wartime Looting Bonus
+25% Attack Travel Speed.
Player level rankings are from beginner to Level 50 - active players are levelling up a few positions per week.
We currently get to just outside the top 100 in competitions and would like to improve this, and so looking for level 30 to 70 players to replace the lower ranks into a wing of sorts.
We are great at support with resources (as much as you need) and defence (we can muster 3K defenders at your main if set-up correctly - yesterday fending off and attack from a top ten alliance) - so if you would like to be a big fish in a smaller pond or if you are in an alliance that's not particularly "team" minded - Do get in touch and we can make space for you.
We hav open positions for those suitable to be titled as Generals, Diplomats, Deputies, Recruiters etc - so why not join an alliance on the way up where you can make a big difference?

Thanks Shiixxan. We have good retention (and no trouble finding beginners - who we remove swifly if not progressing after coaching or inactiviy) but I'd like to get us moving up the ranks faster!
