It is honorable of you to attempt to start a new alliance, but at your level I recommend you drop it and join an already established alliance that can help you to learn and improve your skills, before moving on and becoming an alliance leader. Not too many people I know are interested in a leader who is only still at level 16.
It appears End of Days and Solid have members close to you. You should ask them if you can join.

I'd recommend joining a larger alliance as starting your own will be very hard and boring, perhaps join a training alliance so you can move on to there main alliance once your a high enough level, bit like a grassroots thing or something. Good luck mate.

If keeping on with your alliance, don't bother trying to recruit on the forum, rarely get anything worthwhile out of it, message people and sell the dream
